Some places just get under your skin. Warm water, forgiving waves, and a rhythm to the days that you carry home with you. Paddle out every morning, wander the island every afternoon, and share it all with a small group that quickly stops feeling like strangers.
It started as a trip.
Then it turned into something we couldn't stop doing. These days it's a small, tight community of people who'd rather earn a story than buy a souvenir.

Total Newbie
Zero experience? Perfect. We begin on the sand — balance, timing, and how to stay calm in the water — before you ever paddle out. Most people are riding whitewater by the end of day one.

Still Learning
You can stand up and ride the foam. Now we tidy up the basics and get you turning down the line on unbroken waves, with plenty of coaching along the way.

Pretty Confident
You're comfortable out the back and hungry to get sharper. We'll take you to punchier peaks and fine-tune the details that separate riding from surfing.

Already a Pro
You don't need lessons — you need good waves and good company. Join the dawn patrol, trade pointers with the crew, and just surf.
Our home base sleeps up to two dozen people across eight rooms — never a crowd. Pick a shared twin, a private double, or a suite if you're rolling in with friends.

Twin Room
Two single beds, air-con and a ceiling fan, plenty of storage, and a bathroom of your own or shared. Looks out over the garden or the pool. Easy pick for solo travellers or a pair splitting the cost.
Double Room
Your own room, a king bed, a proper desk if you need to log on, and an ensuite with an open-air shower. Jungle or ocean out the window. Best for couples or anyone who wants the door to close.
Group Suite
A cluster of bedrooms for four to six, wrapped around a lounge of your own. Air-con throughout, storage for everyone, and bathrooms to share. Made for a group that wants to stick together.
Common Areas
A pool that's yours for the week, a rooftop that catches the sunset, a real kitchen, a shady spot to work if you must, racks for your boards, and a grill for the evenings. Everything you'd want between surfs.
The waves are the reason you came. The rest is why you'll come back.
Yoga and Meditation
Loosen up sore shoulders with an evening flow, and ease into the day with an unhurried morning sit before the first session.

Temples and Ceremonies
Slow down for a temple morning and the odd fireside circle, where the conversation tends to drift somewhere honest.

Culture and Growth
Wander the markets with someone who knows them, then linger over dinners that go long past the last plate.

Adventures Together
Chase quiet coves on two wheels, graze your way through a night market, and stay up telling stories you'll retell for years.

Landing Day & First Faces

Landing day. This one's about arriving properly — we'll collect you from the airport whenever you land, settle you into your room, and let island time do its thing. Nothing on the schedule but introductions, something cold by the pool, and an easy dinner together. By the end of the night the group won't feel new anymore.

First Waves & Finding Your Feet

First real day in the water. We start easy at a gentle break while the coaches read everyone's level and sort the groups. In the afternoon we find our feet with a scooter loop around town, and we cap the night at a local warung for the proper stuff.

Sharper Turns & Beach Club

A morning built around the details — cleaner pop-ups, better positioning, reading the sets. You'll notice the difference from yesterday. The afternoon eases off at a beach club for a long lunch and a swim. Sun, music, salt water, and a group that's stopped feeling like strangers.

Temple Morning & Island Culture

A day off the board. We spend the morning at one of the island's clifftop temples, then eat somewhere with a view. The afternoon is for a local market — souvenirs, snacks you've never tried, and a bit of everyday culture. Dinner tonight is the slow, get-to-know-everyone kind.

Fresh Breaks & Waterfall Run

Back in the lineup at a fresh spot — a step up if you're ready, or more reps at the easy break if not. In the afternoon we hike into a waterfall that most visitors never find. Bring a camera. We cook together back at the villa tonight.

Surf & Slow-Down Day

A morning surf, and by now the ocean has a rhythm you can feel. The afternoon slows right down with a spa session we've booked for the group. Tonight we go out — live music, a beach bar, and a proper send-off for the week.

Last Waves & Goodbyes

Final paddle-out of the week — make the last few count, because it always ends up a little bittersweet. The afternoon is yours for one more beach or a bit of shopping. Tonight is the farewell dinner: swapping highlights, trading numbers, and getting quietly emotional. Staying for a second week? Then this is only halftime.

Most of our coaches learned to surf on these exact waves as kids. They know which peak fits your day and the one thing worth telling you next — whether it's your first pop-up or a sharper turn.
They meet you where you are. Brand new? You'll get every step spelled out. Already surfing? They'll nudge you past where you'd get on your own. By the end of the week you'll be sad to hand the board back.
Every coach is internationally certified with at least five seasons of teaching behind them.
No more than six surfers per coach — real feedback, real eyes on you, and quicker progress.
A glimpse into life at our camp

We've stripped the friction out of booking. We handle the moving parts from your first message to your airport pickup — you just turn up ready to paddle.
Choose your package
Three ways to stay: a shared twin, a private double, or a group suite. Choose whatever suits your budget and how you like to travel.
Leave your contact details
Drop us your name, email, how much you've surfed, and the room you'd like. We'll get back to you within a day to sort your questions, check dates, and walk you through what's next.
Complete payment
When the details line up, a deposit locks it in. You'll get a welcome pack, a what-to-bring list, and an invite to the group chat so you already know a few faces before you land.
Get ready to go
Closer to the date we'll send arrival notes and set up your pickup. Bring yourself and an open week — the rest is on us. See you on the coast.
Do I need any surfing experience to join?
Not even a little. Most people arrive as first-timers or close to it. We coach every level and split into small groups so you're learning alongside people at your speed. If you can swim and you're up for it, you're ready.
I'm coming solo — will that feel awkward?
Most people do come on their own, which is exactly why it works — everyone's in the same position on day one. By day two it won't feel that way at all. Solo travellers are usually the ones who tell us to run it again.
What isn't covered by the price?
Lunches (we grab them out together, figure a few dollars each), any personal spending like extra treatments or shopping, your travel insurance, and your flights. Everything else — your room, breakfast and dinner, coaching, activities, and airport runs — is already in the price.
What if these dates don't suit me?
We run camps year-round. If these dates don't line up, send us a note and we'll share what's coming next — or hop on the list to hear about new sessions before anyone else.
Is it safe for visitors here?
Very. This stretch of coast has hosted travellers for decades and the welcome is genuine. You're with us for most of the week, and day one includes a proper briefing on everything from getting around to reading the water.
Can I stay on at the villa afterwards?
Often, yes. If the next camp doesn't roll straight in, we can usually add a few nights at a friendly rate. Flag it early and we'll check the calendar — plenty of people tack on a few days to explore at their own pace.

Still have questions?
Programme, rooms, or the small stuff nobody thinks to ask — send it over and we'll get you an answer.
